Warranty & Return Policy
Warranty
All products come with a 6-month warranty starting from the date of delivery. This warranty covers non-human-caused damages or defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
If your item experiences a fault within the warranty period, please contact our customer service team with your order number and a description (or photo) of the issue.
Please note: Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications is not covered under this warranty.
Returns
We offer free returns within 14 days of receiving your order.
If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, simply contact us within 2 weeks of delivery, and we’ll guide you through the return process.
To qualify for a return:

The product must be in its original condition and packaging

Proof of purchase is required (order number or receipt)
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Returns for reasons other than product defects may be subject to a 10–20% restocking fee, especially if the item has been opened or used.
