- Domestic and International Shipping (Currently only for North America): Our standard shipping time is within 7Â business days, depending on your location and the shipping option selected at checkout.
- If you require immediate/2nd day delivery, feel free to check out our products on Amazon, but the price on Amazon might be higher due to various Amazon policies.
Tracking Your Order
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package using the provided link to monitor its status throughout the delivery process.
Shipping Delays
- While we strive to ensure timely delivery, there may be unexpected delays. If your order is delayed beyond the estimated shipping time, please contact our customer support team, and we will assist you in tracking and resolving the issue.
Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
- Please ensure that the shipping address provided is correct. We cannot be held responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to claim the package, additional shipping fees may apply to reship the order.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
- In the rare case that your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please notify us immediately. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and, where applicable, arrange for a replacement or refund.
